The E823_21 experiment is the first experiment from the LISE 2022 campaign, exploiting simultaneously in LISE-D6 experimental room 2 expérimental setups : 1) ACTAR TPC for proton inelastic scattering measurement and 2) a setup dedicated to studying the Coulomb excitation. Exotic nuclei of 36Si and 38Si have been studied by both setups. The « ACTAR » setup combined an ionization chamber (CHIO) and ACTAR TPC whereas the « Coulex » setup combined 2 CATS detectors, 8 EXOGAM detectors, 8 PARIS detectors, and the new ion identification array at 0°: the ZDD device (Drift chambers+ionization chambers+Plastic detectors).
